Zeehaven IJmuiden/Gem.Velsen

At the entrance of the North Sea Canal leading to Amsterdam outside the locks, the Port of IJmuiden has developed into a major part of the Amsterdam IJmuiden North Sea Canal region.
IJmuiden is one of Europe’s major fishery centers and on the EU’s leading refrigerated edibles and reefer warehousing centers. It also services offshore oil, gas and wind energy companies and ferry and cruise vessels.
